housekeeping was friendly

When we got in room we found roches, hair on bed and stuff growing under soap dish. we went to the breakfast the next morning an was told that because we had 3 nights we wasnt aloud to have breakfast any more cuz we wasnt a daily coustmer . we only continued to stay here cuz no other places had open rooms. MY HUSBAND AN I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Decent location for one night, the hotel staff were amicable and outstandingly accommodating. Location: the venue was short walk to beautiful Noccalula Falls park, restaurants, and the Gulf Shores. It also was close to golf course. Enjoyed our rooms with jacuzzi. The rate was US$ 635.

Had a lovely stay for 2 nights in the room with a microwave, which made it super easy to warm up snacks. The outdoor pool area was perfect for soaking up the sun, and the garden offered a nice spot to relax with a book. Just a minor snag was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a great experience! ☀️

Roach's in both rooms,staff or owner did not know how handle the booking .we left right after telling staff about the bugs

Everything was clean and the atmosphere was quiet with a nice escape from our busy lives. The staff was friendly, and i appreciated the comfortable bed, made my night's rest enjoyable.

Had a blast with my friends! We visited the Alabama International Dragway and enjoyed some exciting races. The staff was cute, and the room was cozy and clean. Just a heads up, the breakfast options were limited, so grab a bite before heading out.

One downside was the leaking bathtub issue that we encountered. It made things a bit inconvenient.

the location was favourable, to all the events that we love to visit, it's a plus. everyone was attentive and friendly.

I appreciated the friendly staff and loved being just a short walk away from both Lake Rhea and the Theatre of Gadsden, easy to enjoy the local scenery and culture.

We arrived at night and the check-in was a hassle! My husband and I just wanted to relax after a long drive, but the front desk guy tried to charge us for 2 nights when we only needed 1. Crazy!

It wasn't exactly a cheap stay, but still somewhat acceptable.

I had the best time unwinding in my King Room! The bed was so cozy I didn't want to leave it. Plus, the outdoor pool was the cherry on top-a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun!
